ОРГАНІЗАТОРИ: Координатор проектів ОБСЄ в Україні спільно з проектом Ради Європи «Подальша підтримка виконання Україною рішень у контексті статті 6 Європейської конвенції з прав людини», який фінансується Фондом з прав людини; Верховним Судом, Національною школою суддів України та Львівським національним університетом імені Івана Франка. 
Щорічний міжнародний форум з практики Європейського суду з прав людини - це платформа для обговорення важливих питань щодо застосування практики Європейського суду з прав людини та її впливу на Україну для усіх гілок державної влади в Україні, суддів Європейського суду з прав людини, правників, науковців, неурядових організацій та експертів у галузі захисту прав людини. З часу започаткування Форуму у 2012 році, понад 2,000 фахівців взяли участь у заході у форматі офлайн та онлайн.
Цілями IX щорічного міжнародного форуму є:
- обговорити сучасну практику Європейського суду з прав людини в контексті посилення реалізації права на справедливий суд та інших європейських стандартів в Україні;
- обговорити роль судової влади у забезпеченні здійснення правосуддя та захисту прав людини відповідно до Європейської конвенції з прав людини;
- обговорити питання гендерної рівності та доступу до правосуддя у світлі практики Європейського суду з прав людини;
- з’ясувати питання виконання рішень Європейського суду з прав людини та імплементації Протоколу 16 до Європейської конвенції з прав людини.

TITLE: IX Annual International Forum on the Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights

ORGANIZERS: OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, Council of Europe project “Further support for the execution by Ukraine of judgments in respect of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights” funded by the Human Rights Trust Fund, Supreme Court, the National School of Judges of Ukraine and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

SUMMARY: 
The Annual International Forum on the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights is a platform for all branches of state power in Ukraine, judges of the European Court of Human Rights, legal practitioners, academia, prominent think-tanks, and other experts in the field of human rights protection, to discuss important issues on the application of the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and its impact on Ukraine. Since its first gathering in 2012, the Forum welcomed more than 2,000 offline and online participants. 

The objectives of IX Annual International Forum are:
- to discuss the recent practice of the European Court of Human Rights in the context of strengthening the implementation of the right to a fair trial and other European standards in Ukraine;
- to discuss the effectiveness of the Ukrainian legal framework and the role of the judiciary in ensuring the delivery of justice and the human rights protection in line with the European Convention on Human Rights;
- to discuss issues of gender equality and access to justice in light of the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights;
- to address the issues of the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, and implementation of Protocol 16 to the European Convention on Human Rights.
